BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, & MORE

Bookings - Advanced reservations are required for all sessions as they are all custom and space is limited. Reservations for sessions can be made by telephone FOR FREE by calling Shannon Frazier or a member of her team at 251-979-2492. A $150 session deposit is required at the time of booking over the phone. Online reservations can also be made clicking our yellow Book Securely Online buttons on this site for a small fee. All online reservations must be paid in full at time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. At the time of your booking we reserve a date, time, and photographer for your session and instantly make that date and time unavailable to other potential clients.

Timing - We want all clients to arrive relaxed and excited for our sessions. We ask clients to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled session time established in your session day phone call with your photographer. This allows plenty of time for parking and walking to our meeting spot. Arriving on time is extremely important and it is your responsibility to arrive at the agreed upon session location on time and guests who arrive late can have their sessions delayed, shortened, or cancelled altogether with no discount or refund given. Please plan in advance for traffic, weather, and other challenges that could delay your timely arrival and negatively impact your session. 

 

Cancellations - Cancellations made outside of 14 days from the scheduled session date will be refunded 50% of the deposit amount paid. Booking and/or credit cards fees are non refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days from your scheduled session date but more than 72 hours before your scheduled session date will be refunded 25% of the deposit amount paid. Booking and/or credit card fees are non refundable. Cancellations initiated inside of 72 hours prior to a charter scheduled session date will be considered no shows and the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the charter booked. All sales inside 72 hours are final and non-refundable and non-transferable. Orange Beach Family Photography LLC cannot be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for personal inconveniences, health related issues including sickness, family emergencies, injuries, weather related road conditions, flight delays / cancellations, public transportation delays, or traffic jams/accidents. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. **No-shows or Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the entire price.**
